This afternoon I was reminded just how bad last year was, nothing much, just a little comment about learning how to unit plan that triggered a real, but thankfully manageable, melt-down. I love unit planning now, but figuring it out from scratch (along with everything else) was completely brutal. It makes me wonder–what about you other Charter CMs out there–Sacramento, Cincinnati, …?
Are you surviving?
Is your experience also the closest you have ever come to the seventh circle of hell?
How is your community taking your general existence?
Did TFA learn from their mistakes with us, or did we die in vain?
Have your countrymen survived as well–or are half of you quitting this summer? Will you get that far?
What’s it like for you?
Will you make it?
